Here are some helpful tips for navigating your appointments. You can always reach out to me personally with any questions you may have.

Getting ready for your appointment

Schedule your treatment at a time when swelling or bruising will not disrupt your social obligations (2 weeks prior is recommended).

You will receive an email prior to your appointment that contains pre-treatment instructions. Please read this over as it has important information to prepare for your appointment in order to set you up for the best results.

Ideally, please arrive to your appointment fresh-faced (makeup free). If you are arriving from work or an event please know that all makeup and skincare products will be cleansed off the area(s) being treated.

It is recommended that you eat a small meal or snack 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your appointment to avoid feeling lightheaded during treatment. 


Getting to your appointment

Maxwell Aesthetics is located in the Starkey Commons building on Commercial St. nestled between Isacc's Coffeehouse (Court St.) and Firestone (Chemeketa St.). The building is secure, please call or text 503-979-7143 to gain access.

Parking can be a challenge in the downtown district, however, the Chemeketa Parkade is directly across the street from my location (free parking) if you cannot locate street front parking. This is where I park everyday and always has plenty of spaces available! There is often street parking on Chemeketa St. as well.

Please plan to add a few minutes to your commute to accommodate for parking.


Canceling/Rescheduling your appointment

Please note that once you have booked an appointment it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24hrs before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $100. To avoid this fee, please provide cancellation or rescheduling notice at least 24hrs prior to your appointment.

To confirm your appointment, your card will be authorized but not charged for the $100 cancellation fee. Your card will only be charged if you cancel, no-show, or reschedule your appointment with less than 24hrs notice.
